The suspect will call a hotel switchboard and state they are calling from the hotel office as part of a quality call back scheme.
They will ask to get put through to a room that has received room service. Once through they tell the guests that they are from room service and their recent order failed to be processed for payment. In order to process the order they will require the credit card details again. The suspect will then record all the credit card details and use these fraudulently for financial gain.

We are pleased to announce that we are supporting the Daily Mirror's campaign to reduce rogue doorstep sellers which will be included in tomorrow’s (Thursday 3 May 2012) Daily Mirror newspaper. A poster will be included which will include the yellow Neighbourhood Watch roundel and the poster will be available online to download and print off at home at a later date via the Mirror's website. (www.mirror.co.uk)
